Keep account passwords, tokenised playlists, panel logins and device-registration details private. If a credential is exposed, use the verified recovery or support route to replace it.
Secure account access
- Use a unique password for the panel or account where you control it.
- Enable multi-factor authentication when the service provides it.
- Review active sessions and recovery details using the supported account interface.
- Do not share administrator credentials for routine customer support.
Prepare a safe screenshot
Hide usernames, passwords, playlist tokens, portal details, device identifiers and complete payment numbers. Preserve the error message and app context. Check the final file before sending it.
If you cannot access a reseller panel
Use the verified panel recovery route or published support contact. Do not follow a password-reset link from an unsolicited message. After recovery, review sessions, permissions and credit actions before resuming account operations.
Keep a minimal support record
Record the device, player, symptom and timestamp rather than copying full credentials. Store private references in the agreed support channel and do not put them into analytics or public documentation.
