Compatibility is a combination of device operating system, available player, accepted account format, decoding and network conditions. A device-family name alone does not prove a working setup.
Common device families to investigate
| Family | Check first |
|---|---|
| Android / Google TV | OS version, trusted TV app and remote controls |
| Fire TV | Fire OS support and the trusted installation route |
| Samsung / LG | TV OS, model year and regional app-store availability |
| Apple devices | App Store compatibility for the specific device |
| Windows / macOS | Supported desktop player and codecs |
| MAG / Formuler / Enigma2 | Exact model and provider-confirmed setup method |
| Roku | Current official store support; Android APKs are not a Roku installation route |
Account and playback requirements
Confirm the supplied login format and the number of simultaneous connections. A player may open a playlist but still fail to decode an individual source. Test the actual device rather than transferring a success claim from another platform.
What to send support
Provide the model, OS version, player name and version, proposed login method and exact error. Keep device identifiers, passwords and tokenised URLs out of public screenshots.
