Calculate customer activation cost
Customer activation cost = credits deducted × your actual purchase cost per credit. Use 0.1, 0.3, 0.6 or 1 credit for a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month customer term respectively. Historical and newer recharges can have different unit costs; choose a documented accounting method for mixed balances.
Reconcile the balance
- Record the balance before the action.
- Record the expected debit from the confirmed credit schedule.
- Perform only the intended account action.
- Compare the new balance with the expected result.
- Ask support about unexplained differences before repeating the action.
Terms that affect the value
Ask about credit expiry, transfer permissions, failed activations, renewal deductions, account limits and refund handling. The published package price does not answer those questions.
