A subscription purchases access for a confirmed period. A reseller package purchases credits for supported panel actions. Buying player software is a third, separate transaction.
Compare the purpose of each purchase
| Purchase | Purpose | Confirm before paying |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription | Personal use for a purchased period | Period, connections, compatibility and terms |
| Reseller credits | Supported customer-account actions | Credit mapping, expiry, permissions and support |
| Player licence | Use of a software interface | Developer, platforms, licence and account requirements |
Compare costs using the right units
Subscription cards show a USD total for the period. Reseller cards show a unit credit price and package total. Neither determines a third-party player licence fee. Do not compare credit quantity directly with months.
Choose the route that matches the task
For your own viewing setup, start with device compatibility and a trial. For customer account operations, review the reseller agreement and cost model before choosing a credit package.
