International setup depends on the device, player, account, network, language preferences and the availability confirmed for the intended region. No single setup page proves that every category or feature works in every country.
What should I confirm for my region?
- Whether the intended service and priority categories are available.
- The account’s geographic or travel restrictions.
- Language tracks, subtitles, guide data and time zone.
- Payment currency, final fees and support expectations.
- Applicable rights and local requirements for the intended content.
Handle programme times carefully
Set the device date, time and local time zone correctly, then compare an EPG entry with the actual programme. Apply a player guide offset only when the base device time is already correct. Daylight-saving changes and provider guide data can affect the result.
Language preferences
The interface language, programme audio language, subtitle language and support language are different settings. A player can show a language option only when the corresponding track or translation is supplied.
Travelling with an account
Ask support about permitted use on a new network or in another region. Test the player on the intended connection and respect the confirmed concurrent limit. Do not use network tools to bypass content or platform restrictions.
