A reseller credit is an account-allocation unit, not a universal measure of subscription months. Pro Max uses 0.1 credits for 1 month, 0.3 for 3 months, 0.6 for 6 months and 1 credit for 12 months. Use that schedule to calculate customer allocations. The credit pack is your inventory purchase; a customer’s term, connection allowance and resale price are separate details.
Separate inventory from customer entitlement
A balance of credits describes available reseller units. A customer subscription describes a term, access conditions and other agreed features. Treating the two as interchangeable can create incorrect quotes and expectations.
Use the Pro Max credit schedule
A one-month term deducts 0.1 credits, three months deduct 0.3, six months deduct 0.6 and twelve months deduct 1 credit. Keep the selected term beside the expected deduction in your record. Confirm adjustment, expiry and transfer rules separately; the usage schedule does not establish those conditions.
Calculate capacity from the chosen terms
Divide available credits by the deduction for the term being offered. A mix of terms needs a separate calculation for each term before the results are added. Capacity is an inventory calculation, not a promise that customers will buy every available allocation or that all accounts carry the same connection allowance.

An example to work through
The Starter package contains 10 credits. At 0.1 credits per one-month allocation, that is 100 such allocations before any adjustments. At 1 credit per twelve-month allocation, it is 10 annual allocations. These are alternative uses of the same balance, not quantities that can both be issued from it.
Questions about this topic
Does one credit mean one subscription month?
For Pro Max, one month uses 0.1 credits. A twelve-month term uses 1 credit.
How do I calculate a mix of customer terms?
Multiply each term’s allocation count by its credit deduction, then add the totals. Keep the sum within the available balance.
