A batch of ten one-month, five three-month, two six-month and one twelve-month terms uses 4.7 Pro Max reseller credits. At the Starter unit cost of $22.89 USD, its allocated credit cost is $107.58 after rounding the final amount. This is a worked planning example, not a record of completed activations.
Start with customer terms
Count the terms you intend to allocate, rather than treating eighteen customer orders as eighteen credits. The published deductions are 0.1 credit for one month, 0.3 for three months, 0.6 for six months and 1 for twelve months. The term, not the number of names on a list, determines this calculation.
Add the four deductions
Ten one-month terms use 1 credit. Five three-month terms use 1.5 credits. Two six-month terms use 1.2 credits, and the twelve-month term uses 1 credit. Adding 1 + 1.5 + 1.2 + 1 gives 4.7. Keep the customer-term counts alongside the total so another person can check the batch.
Apply the correct purchase cost
The Starter package contains 10 credits for $228.90 USD, or $22.89 per credit. Multiply 4.7 by 22.89 to get $107.583, then round the final USD result to $107.58. Someone who bought credits at another published package rate should use that rate instead; the same deduction can have a different acquisition cost.
Keep an allocation separate from an activation
A planning sheet does not change the reseller panel. Record which rows have actually been processed and which are still pending. If a request is retried, check its existing account record before deducting it twice. The credit-cost total also excludes your support time, payment costs and any other expenses; it is not a net-profit figure.

An example to work through
Starting with an unreserved 10-credit Starter pack, this planned batch leaves 5.3 credits before any other allocations or panel adjustments. That remainder is a planning balance, not confirmation that the customer accounts have been created.
Questions about this topic
Does one credit mean one month?
No. One month uses 0.1 credit under the published schedule; twelve months uses 1 credit.
Is $107.58 the amount to charge customers?
No. It is the allocated Starter-rate credit cost. Your selling price and other costs are separate decisions.
